another fun spot we like to take visitors is old town... lots of cute little shops, old fashioned sodas & candy, laid back atmosphere, & it maybe gives you a little taste of mexico without having to cross the border.
after we finished up at old town we made one last stop at cabrillo national monument for some awesome views of the city before cherie had to catch a flight back home.
